Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 5 tbs onion grated
- 4 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs cumin
- 1 tbs coriander
- 1 tbs smoked paprika
- salt and pepper
- olive oil (just a drizzle)
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients!
2. Make patties! The original recipe states 4-6 patties but there is zero chance my palms could have done that so I ended up with 9. Make them a little thinner in the center for better cooking.
3. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat with a little bit of olive oil then when very hot add patties.
4. Cook the burgers for ~10 minutes. If they start to get charred lower the heat!
Serving Suggestion: brown rice with spinach or kale
